About me:

I have been scrapbooking for just over 9 years now, since my youngest daughter was born. I wandered into the scrapbooking section of our local craft store, bought some stickers, patterened paper and markers and never looked back.

I love each and every aspect of this hobby, from capturing the perfect shot, and then picking out the matching papers to finishing it off with just the right embellishments. Then adding it to my albums, to preserve my families history for future generations to enjoy.

I find this to be more than a hobby, for me it is a passion. I live, eat , breathe and dream about scrapbooking. From new and different techniques I want to try to the perfect title for a page. I am always looking at things from a unique perspective. Everything in my world can be inspiration for me. My main source of ispiration is my family and friends. My style really depends upon my mood. There are days it is artsy then the next it is shabby chic. linear and collage also fins there way in there also at times. I always try to add lots of "little" things that make my pages unique.

My love for this hobby has inspired me to grow and mature as a photographer as well. I now look to capture the "perfect" moment and not just drag out the camera for special events. Just ask my girls- my camera goes "everywhere."
